Scope of Work comprised of the supply, installation, testing, commissioning,
certification, maintenance and defects liability service of materials, labour and
equipment for Various Central Facility Trade Packages on the Kens Bore Mungala
Resort. This included all external, internal fitout and finishes.
Scope also included offsite and onsite leadership and management, management of
shop detailing, fabrication and procurement, handover and MDR compilation and
submission.
